Easy fall recipes to make with your little one

Spending time with your little one in the kitchen is not only a great way to spend a rainy day, but getting them involved will help them develop fine motor skills, math skills and can also expand their palate. Plus Fall is filled with so many delicious seasonal flavours like pumpkin, apples and cinnamon!

Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast? Try this simple seasonal twist to get your fill of pumpkin this season. 

2. 3 ingredient pumpkin chocolate chip muffins

It’s never too early to get kids hooked on pumpkin. Using a boxed cake mix is the real time saver in this recipe. Feel free to sub in a yellow or white cake mix and add your own spices to taste. Kids love to mix in the chocolate chips and measure out the muffin batter.

This super easy recipe brings more fall flavours to the forefront and is ready in just a few minutes!

4. Mandarin pumpkins

Not up for baking? This perfect healthy snack requires no cooking and is just too cute to resist! The vitamin C is also great little boost with cold and flu season right around the corner.
